What is CSV and how do I create one?

A standard industry format, the CSV, or “comma separated value,” file format separates all the data in a document with commas to indicate separating points for columns. CSV files can easily be created from existing Excel spreadsheets. Take an existing Excel file and open it; Click “File,” “Save As,” and select “CSV (comma delimited) *.csv” from the dropdown menu. Your new CSV file is now ready to be uploaded to WebLaunch. Please call us if you have any questions and receive personalized, live support.

How does List Management work?

The CSV format will enable customers to store unlimited lists on our servers. These lists are searchable, and records within them can be edited, deleted or updated. Customers can add new records to any list.   Customers will soon be able to launch fax campaigns directly from any stored lists.

How can I personalize my fax documents?

You will have to input field header names within your document header using pound signs (#) before and after the field header title (i.e., #NAME#). You can currently personalize your fax documents using up to six headers. Personalization within the body of your document is unlimited.

What document types does Fax by WebLaunch support?

Fax by WebLaunch currently supports Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Excell, RTF and Tiff formats.

How do I view a full summary of my campaign?

Fax by WebLaunch has a user-friendly interface that contains all the details of your fax campaigns per tracking number. Find out delivery results, preview a sample of the campaign before it is sent, and more.

How do I edit my fax job?

Edits can only be made when the status of the campaign is Proof-ready or if an Error occurs. In either case, a re-proof must be done and a new document and list uploaded.

How do you ensure reliability of Fax by WebLaunch?

For maximum reliability, WebLaunch is protected by a high volume redundant fiber network.
