What is CSV and how do I create one?

A standard industry format, the CSV, or “comma separated value,” file format separates all the data in a document with commas to indicate separating points for columns. CSV files can easily be created from existing Excel spreadsheets. Take an existing Excel file and open it; Click “File,” “Save As,” and select “CSV (comma delimited) *.csv” from the dropdown menu. How can I personalize my HTML documents?

Personalization within the body of your document is unlimited. All you have to do is use two dollar signs ($$) before and after the field title(s) from your list (i.e., $$NAME$$).

How can I view my HTML document before launching the campaign?

A user-friendly interface contains all the details of the e-mail campaigns per tracking number. You can preview a sample of the document before it is sent by clicking the “Preview” button once the document is copy-pasted into the HTML editor, or you will receive an e-mail proof of the document once it has been uploaded and submitted.
