E Mail AdvertisingThe Federal Communications Commission, or FCC, is the government organization in the USA that governs all communications sent via e mail over the Internet. Since people don't want to be bombarded by a ton of junk or spam e mails, the FCC has made it illegal to just send out bulk advertising e mails to those who don't opt in to a solicitation list. At Business Link International, we too have an anti-spam policy. We follow the FCC's guidelines, as well as our own. We define advertising spam as unsolicited or unwanted mass e mail sent to people blindly. Our business deals with opt-in lists of core clients or potential clients who have shown an interest in your business only. Legal E Mail Advertising and Our Spam RulesAs a matter of fact, we take our anti-spam policy so seriously that we will shut down any advertising account found in violation of these rules. We are a professional company, not an opportunistic one that employs spamming as a technique. If we even receive a complaint about your e mail, we reserve the right to suspend your account until further investigation can confirm that your recipient list hasn't been unlawfully obtained. Off-topic newsgroup posts, message board posts, and chat room posts are also considered spamming by Business Link International standards. We take our responsibility seriously and only deal with professional companies who are reputable and honest. Our integrity is our key to success and we will fight to protect your reputation as one of our customers as well. |
