Create CSV Files for Bulk E Mail Marketing

When you open an account with us, we will ask you to convert your data to CSV format. Whether you are creating a CSV file for the first time or you just haven't generated one in a while, here are some tips to get you started. First, open an existing Microsoft Excel file that you want to use as your data source. Click on the "File" drop-down menu and then select the "Save As" option.

In the file format options window, you will see "CSV (comma delimited)." Choose this format and save your new file. You can rename it if you want, but it will be a separate document from your original, given its new format extension.
